Not Accepted List: Review our list of materials we cannot accept here.

Batteries: Proper handling and containment of batteries are a must. Review our battery policy here.

Rules for Additional Material: We no longer accept additional materials in paper bags.
All additional material outside of your bin must be placed inside either:
-
A Cardboard Box
-
A Plastic Container
-
A Trash Bag (no glass in bags)
Few exceptions include TVs, vacuum, and appliances. Please ask if you are unsure!
Boxes and containers must be closed or stackable, bags must be tied/sealed.
Please do not overfill your bins. Lids must be able to fit securely. Overfilled containers cannot be stacked in our van and material often falls out during collection and transporting.
If you have additional material for pickup, you must get it approved prior to the collection date and time.
Additional fees will be added for customers with unapproved materials, overflowing containers, and additional material not boxed or bagged properly (in addition to the cost of the additional material).
